What's in a Black Flag Shell
Site Prep & Layout
Pad prep and compaction, survey stakes, erosion control, termite pre-treat coordination and footing layout.
Footings & Foundation
Monolithic or stem-wall foundations, pads, thickened edges and elevator pits, excavated, formed and reinforced to the engineer's schedule.
Slab on Grade
Vapor barrier, wire or fiber mesh per plan, 3,000 PSI pump mix placed and finished.
CMU Walls
8" block walls laid to plan with dowels, reinforced cells, lintels, knockout bond beams and columns, grouted per the structural notes.
Tie Beam & Straps
Bond beam steel, grout pour and truss straps set to layout, so the framer or truss crew can start the next day.
Inspections
Footing, slab, cell and tie-beam inspections scheduled and walked by us with the building department.
